Mary Karagianni is a Clinical Embryologist. He is a graduate of the Biology Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her internship at a medically assisted reproduction unit and her thesis on human sperm DNA apoptosis (DFI) were just the beginning of her involvement in Assisted Reproduction.

In 2016 she completed her postgraduate studies in “Reproductive-Regenerative Medicine” at the Department of the School of Medicine of the Kapodistrian University of Athens, and her diploma thesis was about in vitro oocyte maturation (IVM) and oocyte cryopreservation protocols (vitrification).

Since 2010 she has worked in Medically Assisted Reproduction Units in Thessaloniki and Athens where she was head of the embryology and andrology laboratory for 6 years.

She is a member of the Panhellenic Union of Clinical Embryologists (PEKE) and the European Society of Human for Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) since 2013. Since 2017 he has been a member of Embryolab’s laboratory team of clinical embryologists.

Marianna Papadopoulou is a biologist. She graduated in 2012 from the Biology Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2011 she started her internship at Embryolab.

In 2012, she did her research thesis on male infertility at the Institute of Reproductive Sciences, University of Oxford in Great Britain

Upon completion of her studies, she became a member of the laboratory team of Embryolab, where she was trained in all modern laboratory methods of in vitro fertilization and cryopreservation.

Marianna attends scientific conferences and is informed about all the latest developments in the field of assisted reproduction. He actively participates and supports all actions and conferences organized by the Embryolab Academy.

Since 2016 she is certified by ESHRE as a clinical Embryologist.

Lucy Thivaiou, is a Clinical embryologist with 10 years of professional experience and basic studies (BSc. & MSc.) in the UK. She has been trained and worked in some assisted reproduction clinics in Greece, gaining valuable experience.

Her dedication leads to my best performance in the laboratory, but also in her communication with her colleagues and the patients. She undertaken and successfully completed various projects of academic and professional nature and she is always more than willing to expand her  horizons and gain new knowledge through teamwork and her working environment.

Lucy has strongly acquired the ability to solve problems and efficiently perform under pressure, after continuous evaluations first at an academic and later at the professional level.

Her passion is to meet new challenges and find a way to get things done in a more efficient way. She speaks English, French and German.

Katerina Pantopikou has a degree in Biology. of the Biology Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2014 she completed her postgraduate studies in “Human Genetics” at the Department of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly.

From 2015 to 2018 he was a member of the research team at a Cancer Research Center.

From 2019 to 2021 he has worked in a Medically Assisted Reproduction Unit in Thessaloniki. From 2021 he is a member of the Embryolab laboratory team.

She is a member of the European Society of Human for Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). He attends seminars and scientific conferences and has participated in the publication of articles in Scientific Journals.
