Dimitris Petkousis, originally from Thessaloniki, is a graduate of the University of Macedonia and holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield. With several certifications in digital marketing, he has successfully led numerous marketing and communication initiatives across various companies and organizations.
His career in marketing began in 2009 as a Marketing Brand Manager, later advancing to Marketing Manager at EPSILON NET Group, where he played a key role in achieving corporate distinctions and was among the pioneers in introducing internal communications in Northern Greece.
He also gained international experience in Switzerland as a Digital Communications Manager at the European Federation for Medical Informatics (EFMI), a Permanent Representative to the World Health Organization (WHO). A major milestone in his career was his collaboration with FIBA, where he spearheaded the global digital campaign for the Qualifiers and the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 in China.
Upon returning permanently to Greece, Dimitris took on roles as Marketing Communications Manager at DUST+CREAM Beauty franchise company and Porto Carras Grand Resort. Currently, he is the Marketing and International Development Manager of Embryolab Clinic and also supports European organizations in digital marketing .

Chara Oraiopoulou is a Clinical Embryologist with many years of experience in the field of assisted reproduction. He has specialized in the morphokinetic analysis of embryo development using the time-lapse imaging technique, as well as in the preparation of embryos for Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis.
She graduated in 2006 from the Biology Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and in 2008 completed her postgraduate studies in “Reproductive Biology” at the University of Glasgow, Great Britain.
Between 2009-2010 he worked in an applied biotechnology company specializing in the isolation and cryopreservation of human stem cells, in Thessaloniki.
Since 2010, he has been a member of Embryolab’s laboratory team of clinical embryologists and in 2013 he received certification as a clinical embryologist from the European Society for Assisted Reproduction (ESHRE).
He is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Clinical Embryologists (PEKE) since 2012 and of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) since 2013.
She actively participated as a trainer in all Embryolab Academy activities.

Mary Karagianni is a Clinical Embryologist. He is a graduate of the Biology Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her internship at a medically assisted reproduction unit and her thesis on human sperm DNA apoptosis (DFI) were just the beginning of her involvement in Assisted Reproduction.
In 2016 she completed her postgraduate studies in “Reproductive-Regenerative Medicine” at the Department of the School of Medicine of the Kapodistrian University of Athens, and her diploma thesis was about in vitro oocyte maturation (IVM) and oocyte cryopreservation protocols (vitrification).
Since 2010 she has worked in Medically Assisted Reproduction Units in Thessaloniki and Athens where she was head of the embryology and andrology laboratory for 6 years.
She is a member of the Panhellenic Union of Clinical Embryologists (PEKE) and the European Society of Human for Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) since 2013. Since 2017 he has been a member of Embryolab’s laboratory team of clinical embryologists.

Upon completion of her studies, she became a member of the laboratory team of Embryolab, where she was trained in all modern laboratory methods of in vitro fertilization and cryopreservation.
Marianna attends scientific conferences and is informed about all the latest developments in the field of assisted reproduction. He actively participates and supports all actions and conferences organized by the Embryolab Academy.
Since 2016 she is certified by ESHRE as a clinical Embryologist.

Lucy Thivaiou, is a Clinical embryologist with 10 years of professional experience and basic studies (BSc. & MSc.) in the UK. She has been trained and worked in some assisted reproduction clinics in Greece, gaining valuable experience.
Her dedication leads to my best performance in the laboratory, but also in her communication with her colleagues and the patients. She undertaken and successfully completed various projects of academic and professional nature and she is always more than willing to expand her horizons and gain new knowledge through teamwork and her working environment.
Lucy has strongly acquired the ability to solve problems and efficiently perform under pressure, after continuous evaluations first at an academic and later at the professional level.
Her passion is to meet new challenges and find a way to get things done in a more efficient way. She speaks English, French and German.

Since November 2022, she has been serving as Administrative Secretary, supporting the company’s administrative and quality control functions, while also supporting the organization of Embryolab Academy’s activities in Greece and abroad
She has extensive experience in secretarial support positions for organizations, as well as in organizing large-scale sports events.
In 2024, she was certified in Risk Management and has attended numerous in-house training seminars.
