🟣Alexia Chatziparasidou, Clinical Embryology Consultant
Alexia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed her Master’s degree with a focus on «Clinical Embryology and Assisted Reproduction Technology» at the School of Medicine & Health, University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. As a Clinical Embryologist, she has been actively involved in Assisted Reproduction since 1993, both in clinical practice and as an educator.
In 2004, she founded the state-of-the-art Assisted Reproduction Unit, Embryolab, and in 2013, the internationally known Embryolab Academy.
She is an Accredited Risk Manager (PMI) and Inspector for ESHRE Assisted Reproduction Laboratory Certification. She is an active member of International Assisted Reproduction Organisations (ESHRE, ASRM, ALPHA, PEKE).
Her most recent project explores «The Genetic Basis of Azoospermia-the Mystery That Needs to Be Unraveled.»
